Doing it All(ish)
Doing It All(ish) is the honest conversation you’ve been craving—the one that lives somewhere between feeding schedules and team meetings, toddler tantrums and business wins.
Hosted by longtime friends Christina Buchanan (@christinacbuchanan) and Morgan Berliner (@eat.talk.grow), this show is your permission slip to embrace the “ish.” We’re talking about real life in the trenches of early motherhood, entrepreneurship, marriage, mental health, and the everyday magic (and chaos) in between.
From speech and feeding tips to fertility, from postpartum anxiety to Pure Barre, we’re showing up—sometimes messy, always honest—so you can feel a little more seen, a little more supported, and a whole lot less alone.
New episodes weekly. Grab your coffee, throw in a load of laundry, and let’s figure it out together.

This week we're keeping it light and fun! Christina and Morgan each share five things they're loving right now, some practical, some random, and all very real.
Morgan talks about the small win of her girls riding the bus this year, getting back on Thrive Market for easy lunch and snack staples, the three-person steps challenge that's keeping her moving, the greens powder that gives her a morning boost, and the holiday gift spreadsheet that saves her from losing presents (and buying duplicates).
Christina shares the Caroline Chambers cookbook that's helping her bring new flavors to the table, why she's loving Pure Barre right now as both a postpartum member and a studio owner, her honest take on wanting to lose weight after baby, the batch-prepped adrenal cocktails helping with her energy, and how much she's soaking up life as a family of four.
Grab your coffee (or your adrenal cocktail) and tell us what you're into lately!

What are the little systems that actually make busy family life easier?
In this episode of Doing It All(ish), we’re talking about the routines, systems, and small changes that are saving us right now as moms, business owners, and women trying to keep up with all the moving pieces of life.
From creating a “launch pad” by the door for backpacks and shoes, to Sunday meal prep, Crock-Pot nights, repurposing leftovers, cleaning up before bed, batching emails and texts, keeping a running master to-do list, and creating quiet time for independent play, we’re sharing the things that are genuinely helping us feel a little more organized.
We also talk about why our systems constantly have to change as our kids get older, our schedules shift, and new seasons of motherhood begin. Because the system that worked six months ago might not work today, and that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
This is a very practical, very honest conversation about reducing decision fatigue, making busy weeks easier, and finding simple systems that work for your family.

What happens when you go into your second birth knowing a little more, expecting a little more, and remembering just how hard postpartum can be?
In this episode of Doing It All(ish), Christina shares the full story of welcoming her second baby, from the birth itself to the first few months postpartum. After having a particularly difficult postpartum experience the first time around, she talks honestly about what she expected this time, what actually happened, and why this season has felt so different.
We talk about recovery, breastfeeding and pumping, figuring out childcare, returning to work, getting back to exercise, balancing a newborn with a toddler, and the mental load that comes with trying to be a mom, wife, business owner, and just a person at the same time.
Most of all, this episode is a reminder that there is no one right way to do postpartum. Sometimes the things that make the biggest difference are the people who help you, the routines that give you structure, and giving yourself permission to do this season differently than you imagined.
If you're pregnant, newly postpartum, thinking about having another baby, or just somewhere in the middle of your own version of doing it all-ish, we hope this conversation makes you feel a little less alone.

Season 2 of Doing It All(ish) is officially here, and we’re kicking things off with a much-needed catch-up.
After a summer away from the podcast, Morgan and Christina sit down to talk about what life has actually looked like lately: kindergarten, summer schedules, traveling with kids, a new baby, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, childcare, working, working out, and the never-ending question of how much we’re really supposed to be doing at any given stage of motherhood.
Christina shares what this postpartum experience has looked like compared to her first, including the unexpected challenges of breastfeeding, finding childcare that has made all the difference, getting back to work, and learning to trust what works for her instead of what she thinks she should be doing.
We also talk about the parts of motherhood that can get harder a few months in, why the mental load starts to creep back in, the pressure to “get your body back,” and how different every postpartum experience can be.
Most importantly, we’re talking about giving yourself permission to build a version of motherhood and work that actually works for you.
We’re so happy to be back. 🤍
